Wayne and Jane are fabulous hosts. Extremely clean room (I don't think I've stayed in one so spotless), excellent choice at breakfast, good value for money, and some nice touches (including guest Easter eggs - even though we left before Easter proper).
A bit of a walk to the centre in bad weather.

We had an excellent stay at The Cleveland b&b in Torquay. Wayne & Jane were friendly & helpful and made us feel most welcome. Excellent location for keeping fit by walking into town centre or to the seafront. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit to Torquay. Highly recommended!
Would have like to have extended our stay as we had a lovely time.

There was a lovely bed in the nicely decorated and well-appointed room, I slept very well. The breakfast included toast, granola, cereals, yoghourt and fruit and was delicious and absolutely superb. Excellent service, I really enjoyed it.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and treated to a delicious tray of tea and homemade banana bread served in the beautiful garden. The rooms were clean, tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, made with high-quality ingredients, and featured a perfect poached egg. The little touches, like the homemade fudge and fresh milk in the morning, made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere and superb breakfast.

The Hotel owners were wonderful and made us feel at home. The rooms were lovely and clean and also the on-suite to. The chose of breakfast was good and food was great. We also used the Bar in the Hotel in the evening to relax and chill. There was only a short walk to Town and the beach, so the was nice for us. There are lots to do and see in and around Torquay for everyone.

The hotel was decorated nicely for Christmas, which was the only good thing about my stay. The hotel's location was perfect and close to all the attractions. Additionally, the breakfast was pretty decent.
The room I was given was tiny and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs digging into my back.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet street with beautiful gardens. It was just a short 10-minute walk from the harbour and town centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff provided exceptional service, from the warm welcome with a hot drink and delicious cake to the attentive hosts who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with all the amenities we could ask for including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. we highly recommend this place for its enhanced comfort and quality services.

Great facilities, with everything I needed in the room and a wide range of breakfast options. The location was also very convenient as it was close to the town center and had easy access to transportation. Additionally, I loved the beautiful garden view from my window.
The room was much too small for my liking and felt quite cramped. Additionally, parking was quite challenging and required some level of skill.
